Terms and Conditions
Effective from: 27 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Mezek.hu online store operated by Mezek.hu Kft.
By placing an order through the online store, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the Service Provider's online store and to sales contracts concluded as a result of such orders.
The online store sells new, pre-owned and vintage sportswear, primarily football shirts, as well as other sports-related clothing.
The online store is available to customers in Hungary and, subject to available shipping options, in other countries.
3. Product Characteristics
The essential characteristics of each product are provided on the relevant product page.
A significant part of our range consists of pre-owned or vintage products. Due to their age and previous use, these products may show signs of wear, minor cosmetic imperfections or other characteristics that would not normally be present on a new product.
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition of each product and to disclose any significant defects known to it in the product description and/or product photographs.
Before placing an order, customers should review the condition description, measurements and photographs provided on the product page.
4. Prices
Consumer prices displayed in the online store are gross prices and include applicable VAT as required by law.
Unless otherwise stated, the displayed product price does not include shipping costs. Any applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout before the order is finalised.
For international orders, the currency displayed and applicable taxes may depend on the customer's country and the settings of the online store.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges may be payable by the customer.
5. Incorrect Prices
If an obviously incorrect price is displayed due to a technical, administrative or other error, the Service Provider is not required to sell the product at the obviously incorrect price.
In such cases, the Service Provider will inform the customer of the correct price before fulfilling the order. The customer may then decide whether to proceed with the order at the correct price.
If the customer does not accept the correct price, the order will be cancelled and any amount already paid will be refunded.
6. Placing an Order
Customers may add selected products to their shopping cart and provide the information required to fulfil the order during checkout.
Before submitting the order, customers have the opportunity to review and correct their details, the contents of their cart, the selected delivery method and the selected payment method.
Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay.
An electronic confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
If the confirmation is not received within a reasonable period, the customer should verify the email address provided and, if necessary, contact the Service Provider.
7. Conclusion of the Contract
Submitting an order does not in itself constitute automatic acceptance of the order by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider fulfils the order following its processing and acceptance.
The contract is concluded electronically.
The primary language of the contract is Hungarian. An English translation of the online store and certain legal documents may be provided for international customers.
8. Payment Methods
Depending on the order, destination country and delivery method, the following payment methods may be available:

Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Delivery and Collection
The Service Provider may use, among others, the following delivery providers:

Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post).
The delivery methods available for a particular address and country, together with their current prices, are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, selected delivery method and carrier.

10. Right of Withdrawal
Customers who qualify as consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable law, generally without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
The customer may notify the Service Provider of the decision to withdraw by email at:
Detailed rules concerning withdrawal, returns and refunds are contained in the separate Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
The fact that a product is pre-owned or vintage does not in itself exclude the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
11. Returns

The direct cost of returning a product is borne by the customer.
Products may also be returned in person to the above business premises by prior arrangement.
The Service Provider is not required to accept parcels returned using cash on delivery.
The Service Provider does not offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase another product should place a new order.
12. Statutory Warranty for Defective Performance
In the event of defective performance, customers are entitled to the statutory remedies available to them under applicable law.
When determining whether a pre-owned product is defective, its age, pre-owned nature, the condition disclosed on the product page, and any defects or signs of wear properly disclosed to the customer before purchase must be taken into account.
A characteristic of a product that was properly disclosed to and expressly accepted by the customer before the conclusion of the contract does not, solely on that basis, constitute defective performance.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.

Complaints will be handled and answered in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution and Consumer Protection
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly between the consumer and the Service Provider, the consumer may initiate an alternative dispute resolution procedure before a competent Hungarian conciliation body.
The conciliation body associated with the registered office of the Service Provider is:

Current contact details and information concerning Hungarian conciliation bodies and their procedures are available through the official Hungarian conciliation system.
The purpose of conciliation proceedings is to resolve consumer disputes outside court proceedings.
The Service Provider will comply with its statutory cooperation obligations in conciliation proceedings.
Consumers may also submit complaints to the competent consumer protection authority in accordance with applicable legislation.
15. International Purchases
The online store may be available to customers in countries outside Hungary.
Available delivery methods, delivery charges and payment methods may vary by country.
Consumers residing in another country may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence where such provisions apply under the relevant law.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.
16. Intellectual Property
Original content of the online store, including photographs, text, graphic elements and other original website content, may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Unauthorised copying, use or commercial exploitation of such content is prohibited except where permitted by law.
17. Data Protection
Detailed information concerning the processing of personal data is provided in the online store's Privacy Policy.
Personal data provided in connection with an order is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
18. Technical Errors
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous and proper operation of the online store but cannot guarantee that the service will always operate without interruption or technical errors.
In the event of an obvious technical error, incorrect stock information or other system error, the Service Provider will contact the affected customer and, where necessary, refund any amount already paid.
19. Amendments to These Terms
The Service Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions within the limits permitted by applicable law.
Amendments do not affect contracts concluded before the amendments enter into force unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is made available through the online store.
20. Governing Law
Matters not expressly regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law, including the applicable provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code and legislation concerning electronic commerce, consumer protection and contracts between consumers and businesses.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protection rights they may have under applicable law.
