Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase from our online store as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement to info@mezek.hu.

To help us process your request, please include your name and order number.

Returning a Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return or personally deliver the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Products may also be returned in person to the above address by prior arrangement.

Please do not send returns using cash on delivery (COD), as we are unable to accept such parcels.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the product and, where applicable, the cost of the original standard delivery.

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided reliable evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund.

Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Please note that a significant part of our range consists of pre-owned and vintage products. The condition of each product, including any significant defects or signs of wear identified by us, is described on the relevant product page.

The fact that a product is pre-owned or vintage does not in itself affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal for the original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
