Are all products sold on Mezek.hu authentic?
Yes! Every product we sell — including shirts, tops and shorts — is 100% authentic. We photograph the manufacturer’s product code whenever available, and you can find these photos in the product gallery.
Can I return an item if the size isn’t right?
Of course! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll refund the value of your order.
To help you choose the right size, we recommend comparing the measurements provided in the product description (length and width) with a similar item you already own.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
Which shipping companies do you use?
For home delivery, we use GLS. You can also choose delivery to a GLS ParcelShop or a Foxpost parcel locker, depending on the available shipping options in your country.
